What can
I say about these little guys? I found them only a short time ago, actually around April of this year (2004), but I've
become totally obsessed with them. I now have 5 handmades; Lorne, Stitch, Bonnie, Frostbite (Frosty) and Sparky, and all
of the Spencer Exclusives. The Krypt Kiddies are made in Whitehall, Pennsylvania by 2 very awesome people, Ed and
Rita Uhl, which I had the pleasure of meeting at October Chiller 2004. They started making these little devils around
May of 2002 and the rest is history. On top of the Spencer Exclusives (2 dolls that are released about 3 times a year),
they still make custom dolls out of their basement (a.k.a. the dungeon). The customs start at about $120, depending on what
it is that you want, and are well worth every penny. There's also a pretty long waiting list for the handmades.
If you're looking for a Kiddie and just can't wait or your wallet is looking pretty thin, check your local Spencer's
and pick up an Exclusive for around 30 bucks, but if you want the crem dala crem, save up and get a handmade.

Ed & Rita

Rita, in her hot outfit, and Jack Ketchum

My newest Kiddie, Ember. When Ed made her for me, he added a little surprise.
He used glow in the dark paint to highlight the fire. Totally awesome doll!

I told Rita I wanted a baby that looks like fire was burning out of
her. Ed took the idea and ran with it. Isn't she awesome?!

Here's a close up of Ember's face. Gotta love the fire!
